Shilajit dry extract is purified shilajit in free flowing powder form. The reason to choose the dry extract over the resin is entirely practical. Dry extract weighs accurately, blends evenly, and goes into capsules, tablets, stick packs, and beverage premixes.
Drying is where shilajit is most easily damaged. Conventional drying methods put the material under real thermal load, and shilajit does not tolerate heat well: fulvic acid content degrades, and at the far end the material chars. Our extract is dried via freeze drying, which removes water by sublimation under vacuum and keeps the material at low temperature throughout, so the powder holds its fulvic and humic acid content.
The shilajit is sourced from the Himalayan belt across North India and Nepal, purified by water based extraction with repeated washings, and standardized for fulvic and humic acid content.
