Chia Seed and Isabgol Laddu

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup isabgol (psyllium husk)
  • 1 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads, soaked in 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1/4 teaspoon rose water (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chia Seed Mixture: In a bowl, soak the chia seeds in water for about 30 minutes. Drain the water and grind the chia seeds into a smooth paste using a blender or grinder.
  2. Prepare the Isabgol Mixture: In another bowl, soak the Isabgol in water for about 30 minutes. Drain the water and grind the Isabgol into a smooth paste using a blender or grinder.
  3. Combine the Mixtures: Combine the chia seed paste and Isabgol paste in a large bowl.
